Dear Stacy,
I am so sorry the court (Judge) decided to treat your daughter as an object, instead of a sweet little girl loved by her Mom.
Too many children simply gets THROWN into a dysfunctional system.
Keep fighting…..there must be justice and compassion for the two of you. You both deserve a wonderful and loving life together.
Best wishes to you both from,
Lonee Urtuzuastegui
The Ohio State Law for Adoption says as follows: Sec. 3107.061: A man who has sexual intercourse with a woman is on notice that if a child is born as a result and the man is the putative father, the child may be adopted without his consent pursuant to division (B) of section 3107.07 of the Revised Code. Also Sec. 3107.07 under Consent unnecessary: (1) The putative father fails to register as the minor’s putative father with the putative father registry established under section 3107.062 of the Revised Code not later than thirty days after the minor’s birth. Either case he does not have any legal rights under the code to claim the child
I was adopted at 3 months old. I am now 40. When I met my biological family eight years ago I discovered that both my biological parents were drug users, and substance abuse was rampant in that family. I realized how blessed I was to have healthy, loving, and responsible parents. When I heard that your daughter might be taken from you I felt physically ill. I have to believe that our system is sane enough to recognize that it must protect you and your child from the delusions of a selfish abuser.
As long as I have a breath left in my body I will advocate for sacred mother’s such as yourself; I wish you strength, victory, and a rapid completion to this legal farce that is a parental mockery.
Dear Stacy, I hope that the Courts here in Dayton realize what a loser this guy is and realizes that YOU are her mother! This guy can’t take care of his other kids, what makes them think he can take care of her? Vanessa is happy and healthy and there is no reason to remove her from a happy, healthy home! We support you 100%!!!
